Understanding The proposal is a form of submission of bids, either idea, ideas, thoughts, and plans to others for support, licenses, approvals, funding and so on.
For example PROPOSAL CREDIT BANK filed reply that it is an offer to the BANK regarding the opening of a business plan that requires funding in the form of loans (credits).
PROPOSAL AIMS is convinced that the addressee to provide funding, support, approval, or permission of the program plan, businesses or activities that will be carried out.

To conduct research related to religious, social, political, and cultural.
