Surah: Al-Jumuah (Friday)

Surah: Al-Jumuah (Friday) Surah Category: Madaniyyah, Number of Verses: 11 verses

1. Always glorify God what is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. King, the Most Holy, the Mighty, the Wise.	يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
2. He was the one who sent to an illiterate people a messenger among them, who recited his verses to them, purify them and teach them the Book and Hikmah (Sunnah). And they really before in manifest error,	هُوَ الَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي الْأُمِّيِّينَ رَسُولاً مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا مِن قَبْلُ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ
3. and (also) to people other than those who have not been in touch with them. And He is the Mighty, the Wise.	وَآخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا بِهِمْ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
4. That is the gift of God, given unto whom He wills, and Allah has a great gift.	ذَلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
5. The likeness of those who dipikulkan him Torah, then they are not carrying it [1475] is like a donkey carrying books thick. It is very bad that the parable reject God. And Allah is not to give guidance to a people unjust. [1475] That is: do not practice it, among others, does not justify the arrival of Muhammad SAW	مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَاراً بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
6. Say: "O ye who embraced Judaism, if you claimed that ye beloved of God alone and not other human beings, then hope for death, if ye are truthful."	قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ هَادُوا إِن زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ النَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا الْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
7. They will not expect death forever due to the evil they have done with their own hands. Allah is aware of will be those who do wrong.	وَلَا يَتَمَنَّوْنَهُ أَبَداً بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمِينَ
8. Say: "Verily, the death from which you flee, then surely death will find you, and then you will be returned to (Allah) knows the Unseen and the Visible, and He will tell you of what you did".	قُلْ إِنَّ الْمَوْتَ الَّذِي تَفِرُّونَ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ مُلَاقِيكُمْ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
9. O believers, when summoned to perform the Friday prayer, the haste ye in the remembrance of Allah and leave your trading [1476]. That is better for you if ye only knew. [1476] That is: if the priest had already climbed the pulpit and the muezzin call to prayer on Friday, then the Muslims shall hasten to meet the call of the muezzin and leaving the all the work.	يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِي لِلصَّلَاةِ مِن يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
10. Once accomplished the prayer, then bertebaranlah you in the land and seek the grace of God, and remember God a lot that you're lucky.	فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَانتَشِرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَابْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيراً لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
11. And when they saw the commercial or game, they broke up to get him and they leave you're standing (preaching). Say: "What is with Allah is better than the game and commerce", and God is the Giver best of sustenance..	وَإِذَا رَأَوْا تِجَارَةً أَوْ لَهْواً انفَضُّوا إِلَيْهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَائِماً قُلْ مَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهْوِ وَمِنَ التِّجَارَةِ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
